Mr. M. Adil Khattak, Chief Executive Officer of Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) since 2005 has been associated with The Attock Oil Group for the last 45 years. Mr. Khattak has extensive experience in engineering, maintenance, human resource management, project management and marketing.
Mr. Khattak also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of Attock Gen Limited (AGL), Attock Hospital Limited (AHL) and National Cleaner Production Centre (NCPC). He is alternate Director, Attock Petroleum Limited and Director, Petroleum Institute of Pakistan (PIP). He is also a Member on the Boards of Governors of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) and Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI). Mr. Khattak is President of Attock Sahara Foundation (ASF) an NGO, working for the poor and needy people of Morgah and its surrounding areas.
Mr. Khattak holds a master’s degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, USA and has attended many technical, financial and management programs in institutions of international repute in Pakistan, USA, Europe and Japan.

Mr. Asif Iqbal, Chief Executive Officer of Total PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL), has been associated with TotalEnergies since 2001 when he joined TPPL in the Retail Development division, marking the start of his journey in the energy sector. Prior to joining TPPL in 2023, he held the position of CEO and Country Chair at TotalEnergies Vietnam.
Notable positions in his career in TotalEnergies include Vice President Retail/Consumer Sales/Supply Chain in Total Oil Indonesia, Vice President Operations at Total PARCO, Vice President Lubricants at Total PARCO, and Managing Director and Country Chair of Cambodia. From October 2021 to September 2023, Mr. Asif Iqbal served as Managing Director and Country Chair in Vietnam.
He completed his early education in Wah Cantt, Punjab. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from NED University of Engineering and Technology Karachi and furthered his education with an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, USA.
With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, his expertise encompasses country management, retail, sales, oil distribution/marketing, supply chain, operations, business management, negotiation, business planning, and business development. His diverse experience spans numerous Asian countries and the United States.

Dr. Syed Nazir Abbas Zaidi holds an engineering degree from NED University in 1980. He completed Masters and PhD in Material Science from University of Sheffield, England.
He has 12 years’ experience of heavy mechanical industries of Pakistan including Pakistan Steels and Saindak Copper-Gold Project. In 1995 he joined Pakistan State Oil as Technical Manager and worked in Lubricant, Operations, Supply, Logistics, Chemicals and Training Department and retired from PSO as Director Supply Chain.
He has also served as Secretary General OCAC between 2008-09 on secondment from PSO. After retirement from PSO he joined Hamdard University as Faculty teaching Masters/PhD students as well as MBA.

Faisal Khalil joined Oil Companies Advisory Council as Secretary with effect from March 2022. Faisal has accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in the Downstream Oil Industry of Pakistan and has served in various roles in Government Relations, Supply and Finance. Prior to joining OCAC, he worked for Puma Energy Pakistan from 2019-2022 and for Pakistan State Oil from 2001-2019.

Mr. Muhammad Moiz assumed the role of Assistant Secretary at the Oil Companies Advisory Council in November 2023, bringing with him over 5 years of experience in the Downstream Oil Industry of Pakistan. His versatile expertise includes roles in Supply Chain, Business Support, Finance, and Audit.
Before joining OCAC, Moiz contributed to Puma Energy Pakistan from 2018 to 2022 and, prior to that, worked in the service industry with a focus on the audit portfolio from 2013 to 2018. His educational background showcases his status as a CA Finalist, along with holding a Master’s in Economics and an MBA in Finance

Ms. Ishrat has been working with OCAC since 1993 as an Analyst. She manages and analyzes the data of the Downstream Petroleum Industry to reflect the energy demand of the country as well as inference of statistics. She plays an integral role in development and management of OCAC Pakistan Oil Report which provides comprehensive details regarding Industry Storage Infrastructure, Oil Movement, POL production and Sales/Consumption data. Ms. Ishrat holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts from Karachi University.

Ms. Marrium Shah has been associated with OCAC for the last 7 years. She joined OCAC in 2014 and her role as an Analyst entails data collation, organization, reporting, and analysis of the Downstream Oil Industry’s Stock and Sales position on a day-to-day basis. Ms. Shah has also served as an Associate Business Analyst at SS&C Primatics and contributed to the data validation process in the testing of online accounting solutions for a foreign-based Financial Institution.
Marrium has a Master’s Degree in Finance & Risk Management from the Institute of Business Management, Pakistan.

He has worked as Consultant Government Affairs in Infrastructure Capital Group (ICG) USA, developer of 135 MW Liberty Power project in Pakistan. He was responsible for managing Government Relations (with Ministry of Petroleum and associated departments) for various matters. Mr. Aslam has been associated with OCAC since 2016.
